There are a TON of these recipes floating around, I have seen them in my Pinterest feed for weeks now and one of my awesome challengers talk about it every week! I finally decided to give it a go and have to say I love it! My recipe is based off @frugalhealthylife's version
This recipe is for one serving - you can easily double or triple it if you wanted to have more to take for lunch the next day - I will say this, it's very quick to throw together and great fresh!
Ingredients:
4oz Ground Turkey
3 Cup Cups Cabbage Mix
1/2 T Garlic
1 tsp EVOO
1 T Braggs Liquid Aminos
1/2 T Rice Wine Vinegar
Instructions
Over medium heat brown meat in large frying pan until fully cooked, drain fat, set aside
In same pan, saute' garlic in EVV
Add cabbage and cook till tender 3-5 min
Add ground turkey back to pan with braggs or rice wine vinegar cook 2 min
Remove from stove and enjoy!
