What do I do as a coach?
I workout 5-6 times a week for a maximum of 40 minutes a day. (Most days it's under 30)
I drink a super healthy superfoods shake ONCE a day.
I share on social media to inspire others.
I run private online challenge groups on Facebook.
I invite people to join me.
I am a SUPPORTER/ CHEERLEADER/ QUESTION ANSWERER to my challengers, motivating and HELPING them on their journey!
I work with people who want to do the same things listed above and help them to do it too!
The bottom line is I WORK ON MYSELF, share that with others and help them WORK ON THEMSELVES.
