Today's tip was to Grab a friend...... and by that I do not mean grab their BUTT ;) though that might be fun too! . Instead grab a friend as a workout buddy and press play together! Not only does exercising with a buddy boost motivation and exercise adherence, but it can also help you exercise 24 percent longer..
