These muffins are 5 ingredients, easy to make, healthy, gluten free, 21 Day Fix Approved and DELICIOUS. The ingredients are even Whole 30 compliant, but combining them into a muffin is not, but consider cheating with these because they are WORTH IT!!!! My kids love them and they are really yummy!
What you need:
1 cup almond butter
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt
Blend it all up! Set oven to 350' , and either grease muffin tin or use Silicone liners. Pour batter into muffin tins... Cook for 12-15 minutes, muffins should be fluffy all of the way through and should not sink or settle.
I count them as - 1 Purple & 1 Orange (for the almond butter)
