I am starting this week off by following the Countdown to Competition plan for 3 days.... This plan is from 21 Day Fix Extreme and is HIGH Protein and low carb - eliminating dairy and when following this plan you actually alternate between the Competition plan & the Extreme plan: 2 days of Competition plan, followed by 1 day of the Extreme plan. So my meal prep Monday is dedicated to prepping for my C2C days-
I am in the 1200 - 1499 Plan so I get 6 Reds - 3 Greens - 1 Yellow - 3 tsp's
My Day:
Coffee with 3 tsp Coconut Oil (3 tsp)
2 Hardboiled Eggs (1 Red)
Ground TurkeY, Green Beans & Sweet Potatoes (1 Red - 1 Green - 1 Yellow)
Shakeology (1 Red)
Cauliflower Stuffed Peppers (1 Red - 1 Green) Chicken Sausage w/ Broccoli (1 Red - 1 Green)
Instant Pot Unstuffed Cabbage (1 Red - 2 Green) - (I will leave out the Rice)
For me the best advice with C2C is to PREP - I can not fail - I have everything I need ready to go!
