The Ultimate Reset Farina Breakfast

Farina with Walnuts, Apples and Maple Syrup us a quick and delicious ultimate reset approved breakfast.

What you need:

  • ¾ cup water

  • 3 Tbsp. farina cereal

  • ½ medium green apple, diced

  • 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

What you do:

  1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add farina; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Place farina in small bowl and top with apples, walnuts, and maple syrup.
