Hammer & Chisel Mixed Veggie Soup - 21 Day Fix Approved
INGREDIENTS :
4 Cups Hot Filtered Water
2 Medium Carrots - peeled & cut into 1 Inch pieces
4 oz Green Beans, trimmed & chopped
1 1/4 Cups coarsely chopped cabbage (roughly 4 oz)
3 cup Baby Spinach (or Kale) (roughly 3 oz)
3 Medium Celery Stalks - chopped
3 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk , warm
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in steamer or large pan over high heat, reduce heat to medium-high and place carrots in steamers basket, cook for 4 min,
Add green beans, cabbage, spinach and celery - cook for 7 min or until soft
RESERVE WATER
Place steamed veggies, reserved water, braggs and almond milk in a blender or food processor, you may need to do it in two batches, cover and blend until smooth
Portion, sprinkle with a little SEA SALT & Pepper ......ENJOY!
* Makes - 6 - 1 Cup servings
You can freeze or store in refrigerator and reheat for approx. 3 days
