The moment 21 Day Fix made me CRY!

"I AM REALLY PROUD OF YOU MOMMY" that was it - those words made me cry. My sweet beautiful 5 year old spoke those works one night as she watched me sweating and moaning and groaning and as simple as that I cried.
I have two wonderful little girls and they never really thought anything about me being over weight or unhealthy, my girls just knew I was their mom and they LOVED me either way!
They have however over the last year seen me transform, they have watched me work hard, sweat & struggle - they have watched me CURSE AT THE TV (yes I am that mom) and they have watched me celebrate my accomplishments.. They are watching and this little kid right here told me she is PROUD!!!!!
I want them to know no matter what they want in life - they have to go for it - EVEN IF IT IS HARD!
I am PROUD too - PROUD to be setting an example for them - PROUD to know what I am doing is not easy - PROUD that the many times I wanted to give up I didn't and most of all PROUD TO BE THEIR MOMMA!
