Clean Eating Snack Ideas
Since 21 Day Fix & Fix Extreme are programs where you are aiming to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours (5-6 times per day) you need to have some go to snacks! Here is a list of some of my favorites:
Cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup berries
Homemade apple chips (recipe here)
Greek yogurt w/ berries and a drizzle of agave nectar or honey for sweetness.
Edamame (steamed)
1/4 of an avocado on 1 slice of toasted clean bread. Sprinkle with kosher salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes
Hardboiled eggs
Cucumber & tomato salad (recipe here)
1 apple and 14 raw unsalted almonds
Celery and peanut butter
2 plain unsalted brown rice cakes with 1-2 tbsp all natural peanut butter.
Veggies and hummus
Shakeology
Egg & Turkey Cups (recipe here)
Roll up 1 whole grain tortilla with 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter and 1 banana sliced
1 cup strawberries and a handful of raw unsalted cashews
20 grapes and 1 low fat cheese stick
Egg white scramble with spinach & a sprinkle of cheese
Veggies & guacamole
Whole grain tortilla cut into chips & toasted with hummus

Oven baked Zucchini chips
Veggies with homemade tzatziki yogurt sauce (recipe here)
Air popped popcorn
