We woke up today to our Elf "GHOULIE" getting his FIT ON! Yesterday we did the first workout for the The Masters Hammer & Chisel and my girls say he was inspired by us and wanted to get in on the action - He even had a cup of "SHAKEOLOGY" I told the girls how excited I was that we even inspired him to live a healthy lifestyle! I mean that is what it is all about right!
